If for any reason a customer is dissatified with our services, he may cancel his account and request a refund of the prior month's service fees. Extra fees for bandwidth usage do not apply to such refunds.
BQ Internet Corporation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, and to cancel any accounts for any reason. Upon such unexplained account termination, a customer is entitled to request a refund of the prior month's service fees.
Although we try to maintain a very high service availability, the services provided by BQ Internet Corporation are not designed for mission critical use, and should not be used for such purposes. Our services should only be used for fault-tolerant purposes which allow for failure.
